Resolved: to approve the Minutes of the meeting 10th November 2014
04/15 Updates on Action Points
The Lengthsman had been unavailable to attend this meeting and will be invited to the next. All other action points to be covered under agenda items
05/15 Report from Ward Cllr Durkin
Cllr Durkin was not present; his monthly report had been sent to members prior to the meeting and was noted.
06/15 Representations from the Public
A member of the public requested that the condition of the road at the entrance to the cricket club be reported and also offered to take on the role of Parish Footpath Officer. Clerk to inform Balfour Beatty.
i) Current bank balance and financial update
A copy of the cashbook showing receipts and payments to date was circulated. It was noted that the working balances are:
NatWest Current Account £2,724.56
NatWest Reserve Account £1,119.86
Co-Op Bank Account £500.00
ii) Revised Clerk’s Salary
Resolved: to adopt the recommended revised pay scale for the Clerk’s salary.
iii) Budget and Precept Request
Resolved: to approve the budget as proposed at the previous meeting and as published and the precept request of £3,600
iv) Invoices and Payments
Resolved: to approve the payments in the schedule below
i) New Applications
a. P143557/F Proposed removal of existing cricket pavilion and club room and associated structures and construction of a replacement two-storey pavilion with re-landscaping of the site to form two screened parking areas and a nets area.
A representative from the Cricket Club presented the proposal.
Resolved: to support the application
ii) Applications Previously considered
It was noted that the application for alternative parking at Parlours Barn has not yet been determined.

ii) Defects to be Reported to Balfour Beatty

10/15 Parish Hall Working Group Report
CA reported that there had been no meeting of the management committee but that redecoration had taken place.
